  1. This without a doubt would have been a straight 5 stars if it were not for an issue being identified with my unit. The battery change would have been completed and the unit returned promptly but it was discovered to be heating up when on charge. The only issue I have as a customer is the lack of regular updates, especially as to whether the unit is going to be beyond economical repair or not. It may be a little unfair to write this review at this time as I’m still waiting on the return of my unit, obviously hoping for a positive outcome👍
